Welcome to Ryman Lofts, Nashville, TN's first affordable apartment residence located just south of Downtown Nashville on beautiful Rolling Mill Hill, a historic site now being redeveloped into Nashville's newest urban neighborhood. In addition to turn-of-the-century structures converted to residential living, Rolling Mill Hill is also home to modern, affordable buildings utilizing the latest designs and emphasizing sustainability and convenience. Ryman Lofts is a 60-unit building featuring studio, one, and three-bedroom apartments for rent with breathtaking views of Downtown Nashville and the Cumberland River.
